What data I collect

The name, email address, phone number, age and gender (the last two are optional) you enter in the contact form, along with your answers related to the topic you choose, such as your sport or the nature of your injury or complaint.

Some of this qualifies as health data, so I process it solely on the basis of your explicit consent, which you give before submitting the form.

As technical data, I store your browser identifier and an irreversible hash of your IP address, solely to prevent abuse. I do not keep the IP address itself.

Why I process it

For one purpose only: to give a meaningful response to your inquiry. The questions in the form are there so that my very first reply can already be specific.

Who I share it with

No one. I do not sell your data, pass it on to third parties for marketing purposes or use it for profiling. The site’s hosting, database and email providers have access to the data as processors, only to the extent necessary to operate the site.

Cookies

The site uses no tracking cookies. It sets a single functional cookie that remembers your chosen language — which is why there is no cookie consent banner.

Visits are measured with anonymous, cookieless statistics (Umami): I only see aggregated data, such as how many people viewed a page and on what kind of device. It does not identify you, does not store your IP address and does not follow you across other websites.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to the info@physiogalaxy.com email address and I will fulfill your request within 30 days at the latest.

How long I keep it

I keep inquiries for as long as needed to close your case, and delete them afterwards.
